🗺️ How to Use This Map

🔍 Smart Search

The search bar understands natural language. Stack any combination of filters in a single query — owner, region, state, stage, industry, use case, and deal amount:

jake's northeast bant deals west deals over 50k california welding deals brian's closed won automotive southeast machinery under 100k nathan's poc deals in texas

It also recognizes nicknames, abbreviations, and fuzzy spelling — ne = Northeast, ct = Connecticut, bant = Meets BANT stage.

📊 Analytics

Ask questions about your pipeline and get instant answers:

🛣️ Route Planning

Build a route by name — list deal or company names separated by "to", commas, or "then":

route from Acme to Globex to Initech build route Deal A, Deal B, Deal C

Route + filter — filter deals first, then auto-route the results in one command:

route jake's northeast deals route bant deals in CT route southeast welding deals route sam's deals over 50k

Manage stops — add, remove, or reset stops on an existing route:

add CompanyX to route remove CompanyY from route route these deals clear route show route

You can also check the box on any sidebar deal card or hit the 🛣️ button inside the detail panel. Drag stops to reorder them.

📍 Map & Markers

Click a dot — opens the deal detail panel with stage, amount, location, and quick actions.

Hover a sidebar card — the matching map marker pulses so you can find it.

Click a sidebar card — the map flies to that marker with a glow ring and opens details.

Collapse panels — click the arrow on the Deals or Call Queue panel header to collapse and give the map more room. Restore from the bottom bar.

📋 Deal Actions

From any deal's detail panel:

📍 Open in Maps — get Google Maps directions to the deal location.
🔗 View in HubSpot — jump straight to the deal record.
📋 Create Task — create a HubSpot task linked to the deal.
📝 Add Note — add a note to the deal in HubSpot.
🛣️ Add to Route — add the deal as a stop on your route.

📅 Export Routes

After building a route, open it to access:

📅 Google Calendar — creates a calendar event with stop details and nav links.
📄 Google Docs — copies a formatted route summary to your clipboard for pasting into a new doc.
🗺️ Open in Maps / Waze — get turn-by-turn navigation for your full route.

Name your route in the Route Planner — it becomes the calendar event or doc title.

🎛️ Sidebar Filters

Use the region tabs at the top, the dropdown filters (owner, stage, state, industry, use case), or the search box to narrow deals. All filters stack together. Press ✕ Clear or type a new search to reset. The smart search bar does the same thing — whichever is faster for you.
